With Subject line: Order Return followed by order number.

Order number you can find in your email or message which you received in order confirmation email or message.

Please mention return reason, product name and order pickup address in mail or sms.

Step 2

Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email or sms.

You can use the box in which the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

You will receive a message from our courier partner for items pickup date and time.

Step 3

You will receive an email or message as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

Please note that payment gets reversed to your account in 4-5 business days after Step 4 is completed.
